Wesbell is seeking a Construction Manager in Winnipeg, NB. They will play a key role in establishing and growing our new Winnipeg branch by setting up operations, building crews, and managing staff as the location expands. This role also oversees crews in the construction of cellular sites—both tower and rooftop—ensuring safety, high-quality work, and overall project profitability.
SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
Bring strong business acumen to help establish and grow the new Winnipeg branch
Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion
Lead the setup and day-to-day operations of the Winnipeg location
Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs
Enforcing and tracking budgets
Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations
