An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Construction Manager to join a leading Tier 1 main contractor delivering a landmark commercial development. This role will take ownership of the washroom package, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

This is a key site-based position suited to someone with a strong background managing high-quality internal fit-out packages on large-scale commercial projects.

The Role

As Construction Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of the washroom package, including:

* IPS systems

* Sanitaryware installation

* Tiling and finishes

* Washroom cubicles

* Associated MEP connections and coordination
