Construction Manager

Qualifications

• Licensed Mechanical, Electrical and Civil Engineer
• With Project and Construction Management Course
• With construction of WTP/WWTP/STP Projects is an advantage.
• With at least 10-15 years of working experience in the field is required.
• Experience with Manila Water Project and WTP/WWTP/STP Design and Build Projects is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Overall responsible for the successful planning, execution, monitoring, control and closure of assigned projects (per discipline).
• Support the leadership and development on-site and in-charge in the head office with regard to Construction concerns and update.
• Perform administrative/HR function in coordination with HR, overall in-charge of employees performance, conduct and behavior, disciplining employee, whilst training and teaching the employees towards the company’s goals and objectives. Encouragement of excellence ...
