Coordinates and controls all construction management activities and site operations, including field oversight, scheduling, documentation, and claims administration. Interprets plans and specifications for clients, contractors, and other field personnel. Primary interface with client and contractor including responsible for standing meetings and required reporting. Provides internal consultation to construction representatives and serves as a technical resource to other function groups within the group.
