Construction Litigation Legal Counsel

Buttcon is seeking a Construction Litigation Legal Counsel to drive dispute resolution strategy and management. This role blends legal acumen with strong operational focus within a leading contractor.
In this role, reporting to the EVP of Corporate Services, you will lead construction-related litigation matters and work directly with cross-functional teams. Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of relevant experience, particularly in managing construction liens, breach of contract claims, and complex disputes. You'll be integral in ensuring Buttcon remains well-positioned legally and minimizes potential risks, while fostering a culture of safety and collaboration.
