Fantastic opening at this international City firm for an ambitious construction litigator to advise developers, lenders, contractors, consultants and public sector bodies on both formal disputes and project advisory stages. You will advise on consultant appointments, warranties, construction and development contracts, in a range of sectors including living, office, retail life sciences, energy industrials and transport. You will have the opportunity to get involved in high-value international arbitration and adjudication matters. Ideally you will have solid construction litigation experience with good experience of the TCC, adjudication process, preparing pleadings, preparing witness and expert statements.
