We are seeking dedicated Construction General Laborers to support a thriving civil contractor specializing in underground pipelaying and site preparation for new construction projects. This position offers a contract-to-hire opportunity with consistent work throughout Central PA.

**Responsibilities**

+ Assist crews with underground utility installation, including pipe laying, trenching, and grading support.
+ Perform general site preparation for commercial and civil construction projects.
+ Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment.
+ Support operators and skilled trades on active job sites.
+ Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
+ Follow all company and OSHA safety protocols.

**Essential Skills**

+ Minimum of 1+ year of construction labor experience, with a preference for civil/site work.
