This role involves performing physically demanding labor in a pre-cast concrete production facility, including tying rebar, setting up forms, and assisting with concrete pours on an assembly-style line. You will work closely with a team while independently meeting structured production times in a temperature-controlled environment.

**Responsibilities**

+ Tie rebar accurately and efficiently for pre-cast concrete components.
+ Set up walls and forms on an assembly-type production line according to specifications.
+ Assist with pouring concrete as needed, ensuring proper placement and finish.
