The Construction Laborer plays a hands-on role in supporting commercial construction projects with a focus on concrete, asphalt, and general site work. **Responsibilities**

+ Perform general construction labor such as lifting, carrying, cutting, measuring, and assembling construction materials.
+ Support concrete and asphalt crews with site preparation, including forming, prep work, pouring, finishing, patching, and cleanup.
+ Assist with site preparation by loading and unloading materials, staging work areas, and maintaining clean and organized job sites.
