Construction Laborer

**Job Title: Construction Laborer**

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Assist with setup and testing of rigging systems (lines, pulleys, hoists)
+ Support alignment, leveling, and anchoring of heavy machinery
+ Attach loads and guide operators during lifts and transport
+ Prepare job sites: debris removal, bracing, scaffolding, support forms
+ Safely operate hand/power tools (jackhammers, laser levels, skid steers)
+ Ensure machinery is secured for transport
+ Follow all safety protocols and PPE requirements
+ Maintain clean, organized work areas and collaborate with team member

**Requirements**

+ 2+ years of construction or general labor experience (commercial or concrete preferred)
+ Experience using hand and power tools
+ Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to follow technical instructions
+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout shift
