**Job Description**
This role supports experienced construction professionals on commercial roofing and general construction projects, helping to complete work safely, efficiently, and on schedule. The position is ideal for someone with some construction experience who is safety-oriented, eager to learn, and comfortable taking direction while working with hand and power tools in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**

+ Assist skilled workers with day-to-day construction tasks to ensure projects finish on time and meet quality standards.
+ Support roofing activities involving single-ply membrane, shingle, and other roofing systems as directed.
+ Perform general construction labor duties, including material handling, site cleanup, and basic carpentry or sheet metal tasks.
