**Job Title:** Construction Laborer – Solar Farm Decommissioning

**Position Summary**

The Construction Laborer is responsible for assisting with the safe dismantling, removal, and disposal of solar farm components during decommissioning projects. This role involves manual labor, equipment operation assistance, site cleanup, material handling, and adherence to all safety and environmental regulations. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, and capable of performing physically demanding work in outdoor environments.

+ Assist with the removal and dismantling of solar panels, racking systems, electrical components, fencing, and related infrastructure.
