Construction Laborer

**Job Title: Rebar Laborer**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a dedicated rebar laborer to join our team on a long-term basis. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in an industrial environment, such as construction or general labor. The position requires flexibility to work on both 1st shift from 5:30am to 3pm and 2nd shift from 12:30pm to 11pm, Monday through Friday.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform general labor tasks in construction settings.
+ Utilize various hand and power tools effectively.
+ Lift up to 75 lbs semi-consistently.
+ Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently.
+ Operate overhead cranes and work with rebar and blueprints.

**Essential Skills**

+ Experience in construction or as a general laborer.
