Summary Construction Inspectors inspect, observe, and document construction and maintenance projects; performing tests on soils and materials. Work is performed under the supervision of a Project Engineer. In most cases, an Inspectors day to day direct supervisor may be a client’s direct employee. All Inspectors are required to travel and be available to work in any part of the State, subject to change of assignments, as work requires. We work when the contractor works. Inspectors are required to have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Inspectors must also be able to work night shift when required.
