Job Description

T&M Associates is seeking a motivated Construction Inspector 2 to join Land Development team of the Community and Land Development Market in Pennsylvania. In this role, you will examine the construction of roadways, buildings, sewer and water treatment systems, pipelines, bridges, dams, and various other structures. You will observe and document construction progress, quality, and compliance with contract plans and specifications, shop drawings, and applicable codes and permits. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction practices and quality standards across a range of construction types.
Areas served include Poconos and the Lehigh Valley
Responsibilities:
Perform onsite field inspections to monitor contractor work, ensuring compliance with plans, specifications, codes, and standards under the supervision of a Construction Project Manager
