About the role:
As a Construction Industry Placement Lead, you will play a key role in sourcing and delivering high-quality construction industry placements for learners.
In this role you will engage directly with construction employers to develop placement opportunities, while supporting learners to access those opportunities and succeed in the workplace.
Acting as the link between industry and education, you will build strong employer partnerships and ensure learners gain meaningful, real-world experience that supports progression into employment, including apprenticeships.
