This role involves performing a wide range of general labor tasks on construction sites, including light carpentry work and operating a hoist. You will receive training on hoist operation and preventative maintenance to support safe and efficient site activities.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform general labor tasks on the construction site, such as site preparation, material handling, and cleanup.
+ Assist with light carpentry work, including measuring, cutting, and assembling materials as directed.
+ Operate the hoist safely and efficiently after receiving proper training.
+ Perform basic preventative maintenance on the hoist in accordance with training and safety guidelines.
