Insight Global is seeking a Construction Foreman to join a growing retail gas station and mobility convenience company near the energy corridor in Houston, TX. This is a direct hire salaried position. The Construction Foreman is the front line operational and safety leader. The duties of our construction foreman will vary; however, they can expect to be responsible for daily scheduling, supervising all activities and tasks, and ensuring the safety and compliance at the site. Ensure all required materials, equipment, and inspections occur to support the project schedule. Responsible for site safety. Ensure the overall jobsite is safe for workers and visitors as well as manage compliance with established company safety policies. Work with the project teams to forecast, and manage field personnel as well as management of labor, equipment, materials, tools, and other considerations.
