Role Construction Finance Manager

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Director, Construction Services, oversee and report on capital expenditures for the Real Estate and Construction Services Departments.

Support the overall Design & Construction program and actively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure proper compliance with accounting procedures.

Budgeting, forecasting and analysis of financial data including capital tracking and expense, forecasts, general ledger and period end reports working closely with Finance.

Coordinate timely invoice processing and payment with AP and Finance.
