Construction Estimator (Residential Renovations)

Our client is looking for a Construction Estimator who knows their way around residential projects and wants to support our residential renovation projects from planning through execution.

What You'll Be Doing

• Prepare accurate, detailed estimates for residential renovation projects of varying size and complexity
• Review drawings, specifications, and scopes to fully understand project requirements
• Perform quantity takeoffs and build complete cost breakdowns (labour, materials, trades)
• Solicit and analyze subcontractor and supplier pricing
• Work closely with design, project management, and leadership to align scope, budgets, and expectations
• Identify gaps, risks, and cost pressures early — before they impact the project
• Contribute to project planning to ensure jobs are set up properly before they reach the field
