Summary We are seeking an experienced

Construction Estimator

to join our team . The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, coordinating bid submissions, and supporting project execution from tender through award.

Responsibilities

Review plans, specifications, and tender/contract documents

Prepare detailed quantity takeoffs (hard copy and digital)

Solicit and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations

Attend site visits and pre-bid meetings

Liaise with clients to clarify scope and requirements

Prepare accurate cost estimates (lump sum and unit rate)
