Construction Estimator

CNC Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Construction Estimator / Purchaser to join our reputable client based in the Ilminster area. This is a permanent, full-time position ideal for a motivated individual with a strong background in construction estimation and materials procurement. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting construction projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring cost-effective purchasing and accurate project estimation in line with client specifications and budget constraints

Job Types : Full Time Permanent

Location: Ilminster area

Working hours : Monday to Friday, day shift 40 hrs per week (overtime available)

Pay: DOE

Responsibilities:

Preparing detailed and accurate cost estimates based on tender documentation and architectural/engineering drawings.

Developing cost plans, design-to-cost budgets, and feasibility studie...
