Construction Estimator (GC)

Must have ground up experience:

• K12, Healthcare, Hospitality, Industrial, Etc.


• Responsibilities Utilize and continuously improve RaLin's estimating system and processes.
• Define deliverables and acceptable timeline for each bid or budget, including bid administration.
• Prepare and maintain status of plan reproduction; communicate with subcontractors and vendors.
• Prepare subcontractor bid packages and perform quantity take-offs with detail sheets Transmit addenda and other bid information to subcontractors and ensure that we have the proper coverage from subcontractors on bid day.
• Contact supply houses to obtain additional subcontractor bids and gain adequate pricing from subcontractors.
• Submit 100% of bids and budgets by the bid deadline.
• Enter all relevant information into Sage (Timberline), Procore, and Microsoft Teams; post Bid review and captures estimate in cost history database.
