As a Construction Estimator Coordinator, you will be pivotal in the estimating process, collaborating with various teams and ensuring all requests are evaluated properly. We seek candidates with strong organizational skills and a solid background in estimation software, particularly PlanSwift.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor OSR performance through Estimation-Sales reports
• Follow up on deal statuses with Outside Sales Representatives
• Assist in maintaining estimation files and reports
• Attend estimation meetings with relevant stakeholders
• Organize and manage the customer Estimation queue
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in civil engineering
• 2-5 years of professional experience
