Executive-Level Construction Leadership Role

SASSO Consulting is recruiting on behalf of a leading client seeking a highly experienced Construction Director to provide strategic oversight across multiple large-scale developments in Gauteng.

This is a senior executive leadership position requiring proven delivery capability at Director level.

STRICT NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 7+ years in senior construction leadership
(Director / Head of Construction / Senior Contracts Manager level)

Completed Postgraduate qualification (NQF 8+)
Examples: MSc, MEng, MBA, Honours, Postgraduate Diploma
National Diplomas / BTech alone do not qualify

Active professional registration
(PrCPM, PrCM, PrEng, PMP, MRICS or equivalent recognised body)
