**What You'll Be Doing**

**Job Scope:** Generally responsible for extensive purchasing for heavy industrial capital construction. Work will be performed under general supervision.

**Primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:**

+ Purchases and expedites delivery of raw materials, equipment, supplies, spare parts, and services to maintain continuous plant operations.
+ Negotiates contracts and/or purchase agreements for raw materials, spare parts, supplies, services and equipment for new projects under the direction of management.
+ Communicates with all departments to fill their purchasing needs and to inform them of order status.
+ Participates in and conducts supplier audits.
+ Sources goods and services.
+ Prepares and analyzes RFQ’s.
+ Audits purchase orders and requisitions for clear, correct and specific information.
+ Compiles, stores and retrieves purchasing records.
+ Builds and manages vendor relationships....
