Administration
· Assistant (Director of Construction and Construction team)
1. Monthly Management Reports (all properties)
2. Assist with all operations issues as needed
· As needed, assist (Operations Manager, at all properties)
General Management/Operations/Reporting
· Roof leak reports (all properties)
· Construction Status report (all properties)
· Electric Demand Meter Log (VORH)
· Site amenities Purchase Orders
· Maintain all tenant, contractor and vendor Certificates of Insurance (property & liability, all properties). Work directly with insurance agents, if needed, to make sure proper certificates are received.
· Submit customer incident liability and building damage reports and photos to our insurance rep and work with insurance carrier if they need additional information.
· Distribute weekly reports received from Operations Managers.
