Consol Supervisor

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Lower Hutt Operations Manager, this role is responsible for the management and development of our consol shift freight operation. Key responsibilities include managing a team of direct reports, ensuring all freight is sorted accurately in a timely manner, and setting up the depot as per specific time requirements.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading and developing teams, be able to handle physical environments, think on their feet, and adapt to stressful situations.

Previous Forklift and DG experience is preferred but not essential.
