This role is a Program Specialist in the Conservation Assistance program area of the Conservation and Energy Management department. Reporting to the Program Manager, you will lead the development, implementation and ongoing administration of FortisBC’s programs that assist income‑qualified customers, charities and non‑profit housing providers to reduce energy costs and greenhouse gas emissions.
