- Moldflow result analysis
- New design feasibiltiy analysis
- Hot runner/ sensors application
- 3D/2D drawing release
- Design change
- Design guideline development-Responsible for develop mold for new product and product line.
- Monitor and track tooling manufacture.
- Tooling trial run.
- Mold tool release.
- Manage tooling supplier and support supplier to improve tooling quality&leadtime.
Qualifications
- University above in Molding field
- Strong technical practical and theoretical background of plastic tool design
- 3 years relevant working/design experience
- Good Computer skills (MS office, CAD)
- Experience in precision injection mold design is preferred
- Software skill（UG, AutoCAD, Solid works, Mold3D, Moldflow etc）
- Good communication skills
