Qualifications:
Advanced english level B2 or above
Call Routing troubleshooting and scenarios
Certificates (CCNP Collaboration/ CCIE Collaboration)
Database/SSO
ILS/ GDPR, ITL/ CTL Concepts
Expressway, MRA/ MVA, LDAP Integration
RTMT Trace analysis
