Connect Home Program Manager 2 - Housing Authority

**Job Purpose or Objective(s):** You will grow more complex or larger programs to ensure programs and goals are met and participants receive exceptional service. You will report to the Program Director.
**Pay range** : $75k-85k
**Schedule** : Regular/Full-Time - 8am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday
**This position will require to commute four days to Hugo office and one day to Durant office.**
Wage access is an option for this position.
**Primary Tasks:**
1. You will provide guidance to staff to ensure program goals and deadlines are met.
2. Coordinate the program budget and staffing requirements and ensure the program meets its reported goals.
3. Manage daily program activities and ensuring program requirements are met.
4. Oversee administrative responsibilities to ensure efficient operations of the program.
5. Develop partnerships to share resources, expertise, and collaborate in developing, and evaluating projects.
