Configuration Manager

On behalf of the Department for Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS), we are looking for a Configuration Manager (Inside IR35) for a 12 month contract Remote based.

Job Purpose

Working with internal subject-matter experts, the Loan Management Service (LMS) Configuration Manager will define and implement Salesforce Configuration requirements to support the ongoing management of an existing live service and contribute to the migration from an existing supplier to an in-house DCMS operating model. The service is based on a Salesforce Lightning 'Front End' implementation and Singlify loan management service.

The configuration manager will be responsible for production of policy, processes, procedures, working practices and supporting guidance to promote effective LMS operation and ongoing improvement, from concept to execution and review.
