What do you need to succeed in this position?

• Bachelor's degree plus at least 5 years of IT experience, including 2 years in a similar role or relevant project experience.
• Strong practical knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM), particularly Service Configuration Management.
• Proven experience in defining, implementing, documenting, and improving Service Configuration Management practices.
• Hands-on experience in implementing, managing, and governing a CMDB, including CI lifecycle management.
