Over the last several years, Sanofi has embarked on a transformation program of Digital Supply Chain processes, and related information systems, including distribution, customer service, and planning systems.

Under the main transformation program SCCORE, a major stream is Supply Chain Planning, which includes the implementation of the Kinaxis planning system covering forecasting and demand planning, S&OP/IBP, Distribution Resource Planning (DRP), multi-sites planning (MSP), and CMO collaboration, as a Core Model. The Kinaxis Core Model is being progressively implemented worldwide for each Integral Business Unit.
