Job Description

Perform configuration of IT equipment for use of head office and/or branch units. Responsible for assessment of returned IT equipment and coordination with service providers for the required repairs of the IT equipment.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform operating system and application installation, configuration, connectivity testing for branch and head office desktops, laptops, and branch servers.

Perform network router, switch and IP Phone configuration for branch units.

Perform configuration of other IT equipment for branch and head office units.

Coordinate with Warehouse and other IT units for the configuration requests and status.

Perform assessment and/or reconditioning of returned IT equipment pulled out from production

Provide assistance to service provider for equipment warranty claim.

Attend to queries and requests of units/departments.
