Job Description
The Senior Director of Technology is a pivotal leadership role responsible for building, operating, and evolving the technology foundation that enables our product strategy and business outcomes.
Reporting to the CPTO, this leader owns the “how” of technology delivery—translating product vision into scalable, secure, and reliable platforms. The role sits within our Product & Technology organization, partnering closely with Product Management (the “why” and “what”) and Data & Analytics, while maintaining clear accountability for the Technology function.
This role is central to our evolution from a traditional IT centric model to a modern, product led technology organization, with a strong emphasis on our Salesforce CRM platform integration, and disciplined execution.
