Conference Producer

We are seeking a highly driven Conference Producer to lead the development, curation, and execution of high-quality conference content within a fast-paced exhibitions and events environment. The role will focus primarily on speaker acquisition, agenda development, and end-to-end content management, ensuring each conference delivers strong thought leadership, commercial value, and audience engagement.

• Research industry trends, identify relevant themes, and develop compelling conference agendas aligned with event objectives and target audiences.
• Sourcing, engaging, and securing high-level speakers, including C suite executives, industry experts, policymakers, and innovators across relevant sectors.
• Manage the full speaker lifecycle, from initial outreach and negotiation through to briefing, coordination, and on site execution.
