Conference Porter

We are looking for a Conference Porter to support our event space and guests.

Conference Porter Main Responsibilities

• To be responsible for ensuring that meeting space is set up as per guest requirements and according to EHC conference standards
• Ensure that meeting/function space is always clean and presentable
• To meet and greet guests upon arrival
• To service lunch and refreshments breaks on time and according to EHC standards
• Clean out rooms at the end of functions and re-set rooms for next function
• Ensure all equipment are kept in a safe and tidy condition
• To direct guests to areas of the hotel
• To ensure guests are helped at all times
