Te Tūranga | The role

This role partners closely with senior leaders to ensure conduct risk is well understood and embedded into customer‑facing processes. You’ll provide advice, guidance and challenge, helping shape how we deliver fair outcomes for customers. You’ll also play a key role in setting direction, influencing decision making, and lifting capability across the business.
