This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is **$22-28/hour** based on experience and skill level. **Job Scope:**

+ Assist concrete crew with setting panels for residential foundation pours
+ Handle and move materials, including panels up to 80 lbs
+ Support daily site setup and general labor tasks
+ Other tasks as assigned

**Requirements**

+ Ability to lift up to 80 lbs
+ OSHA certification; TI can provide training for qualified candidates
