**Tradesmen International** is immediately hiring motivated **Concrete Laborers / Concrete Finishers** for projects located in or around **Springfield, OR** . This is a first shift opportunity and **the pay rate is $28-$35/hour** based on experience and skill level. **Job Scope:**

+ Preparing job sites, including grading, forming, and material setup
+ Assisting with pouring and placing concrete
+ Using hand and power tools to spread, level, and smooth concrete
+ Finishing concrete surfaces using tools such as mags, trowels, and edgers
+ Perform cleanup, joint cutting, and site maintenance as needed
