**Job Title: Concrete Laborer**

Pay: $20-27 + 40-50 a day per diem + housing when traveling

**Job Description**

We are seeking skilled Construction Technicians for immediate involvement in both local and traveling projects. The role includes structural work and repair on commercial construction projects.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform concrete repair and demolition tasks.
+ Execute concrete placement and finishing.
+ Conduct waterproofing and apply coatings.
+ Build formwork and perform carpentry duties.
+ Replace rebar and install expansion joints.
+ Apply caulking and coatings.
+ Install carbon fiber reinforcements.

**Essential Skills**

+ Proficiency in construction, concrete works including pours and finishing.
+ Experience with rebar, formwork, epoxy, and coating applications.
+ Knowledge in carpentry, framing, and demolition.
