Concrete Form Foreman

Duties and Responsibilities:

Must have dependable transportation and a clean driving record to qualify for a company truck.

Provide direction to the crew on responsibilities and expectations.

Lead and demonstrate safe work conditions and practices.

Conduct safety meetings and complete daily Job Safety Analysis (JSA).

Build, erect, and align forms for various concrete structures and foundations.

Estimate concrete quantities and appropriate mixes of sand and cement for hand-mixed concrete.

Build forms (carpenter work), including stick build, Symons, and modular panel systems.

Cut and place reinforcing wire mesh, tie rebar, prepare sand and cement mixtures, and place, pour, and rough level concrete.

Fine finish concrete by floating, toweling, edging, and brushing according to specifications.

Interpret blueprints and read survey stakes to establish correct grades.
