Crew Foreman – Concrete Operations

Delaware Valley Paving is seeking an experienced Concrete Foreman to lead crews based out of the Philadelphia and/or New Jersey region.

This role is responsible for supervising daily concrete productivity and quality standards, ensuring all work is performed safely and in accordance with project specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead concrete crews in the field
• Train and mentor crew members
• Coordinate daily work activities, manpower, and equipment with project management
• Ensure proper paving methods, grades, joint construction, and compaction
• Read and interpret project plans, specifications, and work orders
• Maintain job site safety, enforce OSHA regulations, and promote safe work practices
• Communicate effectively with superintendents, project managers, inspectors, and crew members
