**Job Title: Concrete Foreman**

**Overview**

We are seeking an experienced Concrete Foreman to lead residential and commercial projects across Iowa and surrounding states. This role requires hands-on leadership, strong technical skills, and the ability to manage crews while meeting safety and production goals. Travel is required, with hotel accommodations provided.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Lead and supervise concrete crews on job sites
+ Plan and coordinate daily work to ensure productivity and quality
+ Read and interpret blueprints and site plans
+ Oversee forming, pouring, finishing, and curing of concrete
+ Ensure safe operations and OSHA compliance
+ Communicate with project managers, customers, and team members
+ Monitor materials and track job progress
+ Travel to regional job sites and stay overnight as needed
