Concrete Finisher (Prescast)

Looking for steady hours, plenty of overtime, and long-term work with a growing precast team? We’re looking for experienced Concrete Finishers to join a busy factory-based operation in Dandenong South.

The Role
Working in a precast manufacturing environment, you’ll be responsible for:

• Finishing and patching precast concrete products
• Screeding, smoothing, and trowelling concrete surfaces
• Repairing imperfections and ensuring high-quality finishes
• Assisting with concrete pours and mould preparation
• Working within a fast-paced production team
• Maintaining a safe and tidy work area

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as a Concrete Finisher or in precast concrete
• Ability to work with hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
