Essel is hiring a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our dedicated team! In this critical role, you will be responsible for the finishing of concrete surfaces to ensure durability and aesthetics for a variety of construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Prepare and work with concrete mixes to achieve specific requirements for different projects.
+ Apply concrete finishes to surfaces including sidewalks, floors, walls, and curbs.
+ Use various tools and equipment to shape, smooth, and polish the concrete surface.
+ Conduct final inspections to ensure the concrete meets the necessary quality and specifications.
+ Collaborate with other tradespeople and team members to ensure project timelines are adhered to.
+ Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all safety protocols.
+ Assist in the setup and teardown of forms and shoring as needed.
