**About the Role**

We are hiring an experienced Concrete Finisher to complete high-quality flatwork on commercial and industrial projects. This role focuses on creating smooth, level, and durable concrete surfaces in a fast-paced field environment.

**Responsibilities**

+ Spread and level concrete using **screeds and straight edges**
+ Finish surfaces with **hand and power tools (trowels, floats)**
+ Apply finishes such as **broom, stamped, or polished**
+ Perform work on **slabs, sidewalks, curbs, and foundations**

**Requirements**

+ **2+ years of concrete finishing experience**
+ Experience with **commercial flatwork projects**
+ Strong skills in finishing techniques and tools
+ Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
