Full Job Description Ideal candidate has experience preparing concrete surfaces and applying coatings.



• The business requires operating large industrial grade surface preparation equipment, including planetary grinders, hand grinders and large industrial vacuums.
• Experience with various coatings is also beneficial, including epoxies, polyurea, polyaspartics and vinyl chip.
• Owner is willing to train the right candidate.
• Must have dependable transportation.
• Duties will include Machine Operator, Driver, Floor Diamond Grinding, Painting.
• Experience desired but not required.
• Pay will be based on experience + production incentives.
